3. Buyer Responsibility & Verification

4. Ordering, Payment, & Anti-Fraud

• Order Discretion: Pax Peptides, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit purchase quantities, or restrict sales to any individual, institutional lab, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.
• Pricing & Payments: Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH.
• Payment Fraud & Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or any misuse of payment systems are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

5. Shipping & Customs Disclaimer

• Carrier & Regulatory Risks: Pax Peptides, LLC is not responsible for delays, seizures, customs issues, confiscations, or shipping carrier interruptions once orders have been shipped from our facility.
