Pax Peptides, LLC uses the information described below to respond to inquiries and order requests made through this website.

1. Information You Provide

Order requests: Your name, email address, phone number, optional notes, selected products and quantities. We also record the product descriptions, estimated prices and total, a request reference and submission date, and the status of notification emails.
Contact messages: Your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message.
Newsletter requests: Your email address, the signup page and submission date. Newsletter signup is separate from submitting an order request.

Only include information needed to handle your request. Please do not put payment card details, passwords, medical records or other sensitive information in order notes or contact messages.

The website's order-request form does not create a customer account, collect payment details or charge you. Submitting a request does not confirm a purchase, product availability, shipping costs or payment arrangements; these are discussed separately with the store.

2. How We Use This Information

We use your contact details, requested products and notes to review your request, respond to you, confirm availability and estimated costs, coordinate next steps, and maintain a history of requests for the store to consult when following up with you. Request references and notification records help us identify your request and avoid duplicate submissions and emails.

We use contact messages to answer inquiries and newsletter signup details to handle your subscription request. Submitting an order request does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

3. Storage and Email Copies

Order requests are stored in a database operated for Pax Peptides on Cloudflare D1. Newsletter signup records are also stored in Pax's database. Buyer and order records are stored separately from public website content.

We use Resend to send a copy of each order request to the store's mailbox (info@paxpeptides.com), and copies of contact messages and notifications of newsletter signups to the store's mailbox (info@paxpeptides.com). An order-request email includes your contact details, notes, selected products, reference and estimated total. These email copies are separate from the database record.

Cloudflare processes website requests and provides hosting and database infrastructure. Resend processes the information needed to send notification emails; the recipients' email providers also process and store those copies. These providers may process data outside your country.

Whether or not your request could be saved or emailed, the website offers the WhatsApp summary described below and tells you when storage or email delivery could not be confirmed. A failure notice does not necessarily mean that no copy was saved or accepted before the connection failed.

4. WhatsApp

After reviewing your request, you can choose to open WhatsApp with a prepared message. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message automatically; you decide whether to send it.

The prepared message contains the details you entered in the order form (your name, email address, phone number and order notes), the selected products, quantities, estimated total and, when storage is confirmed, the request reference, so the store has your request even if it could not be saved or emailed. You can review the message before opening WhatsApp. The message travels in the WhatsApp link, so opening the link passes it to WhatsApp; the store receives it only if you send it. If you send it, WhatsApp and the store will receive the message and information associated with your WhatsApp account, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.

5. Browser Storage and Technical Information

We use browser storage to remember your cart's product selections and quantities and your age-verification choice. During an order attempt, session storage holds a request identifier and a digital fingerprint used to recognize retries; the form does not save your name, email, phone number or notes as readable contact fields in that storage. Your browser may separately offer its own autofill features.

Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site. We use the IP address to limit repeated form submissions (for order requests from an IPv6 address, its network prefix). The order-request application does not intentionally write buyer contact details, order notes or submitted form bodies to application logs; when a request cannot be saved or emailed, it logs only the request reference and the reason. We enable application error logs for troubleshooting, with automatic request invocation logs and tracing disabled and query strings redacted. Infrastructure providers may maintain their own technical or security records.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect order, contact and subscription forms from automated abuse. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes technical browser and device signals, including network information, to perform a security check. A short-lived, single-use verification token is checked on our server before the request is processed. We do not save this token in order or subscriber records or intentionally include it in application logs. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

6. Retention, Access and Your Requests

We retain order requests as a history for Pax Peptides to consult for customer follow-up and reference to previous requests. A request in this history is not proof of a completed sale or payment. We keep personal information while it remains necessary for these purposes or applicable legal obligations, and review whether it is still needed. The order form has no automatic expiry or deletion by age. Database records, the mailboxes that received email copies and providers' records have separate retention and deletion processes.

To ask how long your information is retained, request access or a correction, request deletion, or withdraw a newsletter request, contact info@paxpeptides.com. Include the request reference, if available, and use the email address associated with your request. Do not send identity documents or additional sensitive information unless we explain why they are needed.

We may need to verify a requester's identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Applicable legal obligations may require some records to be retained. Deleting a Pax database record does not by itself delete copies already sent by email or messages you sent through WhatsApp; those copies must be addressed separately. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your information.

7. Security and Other Disclosures

We use server-side input validation, submission limits and checks against duplicate requests to protect this workflow. Access to database records and email copies depends on the permissions assigned to the people and providers operating the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

8. Age Restriction

This website is intended for laboratory professionals and individuals aged 21 or older. It is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as the site's services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
